The Flower Fest is devoted to celebrating the talent and ingenuity of Floral Artists through this collaborative event bringing together florists in a spirit of camaraderie, fellowship and culture. All profits of the festival and gala will benefit St. Jude Children's Hospital.
This floral festival was born out of a need for beauty, fresh air, and the sheer desire to create felt by many. With a huge canvas, Pointe-Marie a 120 acre community nestled quietly off the Mighty Mississippi in Louisiana, a competition of 10 floral groups will showcase their abilities, vision, and execution during over Easter Weekend. The selection of Easter weekend was intentional as this time of year is full of life, growth, and the absolute definition of spring time in Louisiana.
This festival is very unique as it is for the entire family and has different options for all level of flower lovers and philanthropists. Each ticket holder's experience will be unique as we offer workshops, food trucks, an endless supply of selfie-worthy backdrops, and the ability to watch these installations come to life right before your eyes. Saturday's Gala will be the first of its kind with a cocktail hour inspired and infused by flowers followed by the official competition, judging, and award ceremony. Knowing that all proceeds benefit St. Jude Children's Hospital is an added bonus to this joyous weekend.

Starting at noon Saturday, April 3rd, the gates will open to a magical floral world. With workshops for children AND adults, local food trucks, balloon artists, flower crowns, and more, this festival is perfect for all ages. Ten floral teams will be completing their entries into The Flower Fest competition throughout the day and finishing at 4pm. Festival attendees will be able to cast their vote for the "Fan Favorite" award and enjoy champagne from Bubble Tap, photo opts throughout Pointe-Marie square and much more. Children 2 and younger do not need a ticket to the festival. Your ticket is for festival access only for admission and entertainment. Some items, workshops, and exhibits may have free elements however purchases for food and other items are not included in your ticket.
Sunday will be showcase only and perfect for those who simply want to see the floral creations. Walk the field and take photos with the beautiful structures, the absolute definition of a Sunday promenade. Sandwiches and wraps will be for sale with the on site Blouin's Cafe in Pointe-Marie Square.
