Betsy Otken Barnes is the Press Secretary, Director of Public Affairs and Executive Staff member for Louisiana Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser. She serves as the official spokesperson for the Lt. Governor  and state agencies under her authority around the state in his absence. She is also the owner and co-founder of Rock It Right Entertainment, a successful media production company, hosts a syndicated weekly talk radio and TV show for the past 7 years. Betsy actively works with state, national and international media on behalf of Louisiana's travel and tourism industry. Betsy delights in shining a light on the uniquely colorful characters, fundraising for causes and celebrations we enjoy. She is an networkaholic!  Betsy has been a avid supporter and sponsor of The Flower Fest since its inception and challenges everyone to generously support Flower Fest and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
